About OCO Connect

Established in 2024, OCO Connect is a Community Interest Company (CIC) created to deliver meaningful social value across local communities. We were founded with the belief that collaboration between public, private, and community sectors can drive lasting, positive change - improving lives and strengthening neighbourhoods.

Our work focuses on identifying needs within communities and developing practical, sustainable solutions that address inequality, promote inclusion, and enhance wellbeing. We work in partnership with local authorities, housing providers, and community organisations to ensure every project delivers measurable outcomes and long-term benefit.

OCO Connect operates across three core pillars:

Health & Wellness

OCO Connect supports community health and wellbeing, including building an FGM clinic in Southwark with the Mayor. Our work promotes dignity, inclusion and support for vulnerable people across London and the South East.

Training & Employment

OCO Connect helps people into education and work through training and support. We partner with the DWP, training providers and Movement to Work to create job opportunities in construction, particularly for young and economically inactive individuals.

Community Buildings

We invest in the development and revitalisation of community spaces, ensuring they remain accessible, welcoming, and fit for purpose. These spaces act as vital hubs for local engagement, learning, and social cohesion.

VCSE Capacity & Capability Building

We work alongside voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to strengthen their skills, resources and networks. Through collaboration, support and shared opportunities, we help local groups grow their capacity and deliver lasting impact within the communities they serve
