About Us
OCO Connect was founded in 2024 by our partner company, OCO Ltd., with a deep commitment to making a difference in local communities. We focus on outreach efforts that support the homeless, uplift children, and assist charities in any way we can. Actively engaging with our community, we are proud to be a significant part of Southwark’s community fayre days and regularly participate in events across Lambeth and Tower Hamlets as well. Our mission is to bring people together, offering support and resources to those in need, and making a lasting positive impact.

Focus Areas
Training, Skills and Employment
OCO Connect is committed to opening up education and employment pathways through a variety of programmes aimed at supporting individuals to reach their full potential. We provide targeted training and employment support for economically inactive individuals, helping them gain the skills they need to secure apprenticeships and long-term employment. As a proud member of the Construction Skills Consortium, we work closely with the DWP, training providers, and private sector organisations to offer jobs in the construction industry. Our partnership with Movement to Work creates high-quality employability opportunities for young people aged 16-30, helping them overcome barriers to employment and build a brighter future.
Health and Wellbeing
At OCO Connect, we place a strong emphasis on improving health and wellbeing in the communities we serve. In partnership with the Mayor of Southwark, we are building an FGM clinic in Southwark to provide much-needed support for vulnerable women and girls. Our holistic approach ensures that individuals, families, and communities experiencing disadvantage or exclusion across London and the South East of England receive the support they need to thrive. By focusing on mental health, physical wellbeing, and social inclusion, we empower people to live with dignity and lead fulfilled lives.
OCO Connect is dedicated to building the capacity and capability of Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) to create lasting social and environmental impact. Through our partnership with the Construction Skills Consortium and the Construction and Civil Engineering Training Framework (CCATF), which includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and 250 leading construction companies, we are driving initiatives that promote equality and sustainable development. We help organisations grow and thrive, ensuring that our work not only uplifts individuals but strengthens entire communities, paving the way for a more inclusive and prosperous society.
Capacity and Capability Building
We Are Just Getting Started
OCO Connect aims for fast and effective expansion to reach more communities, ensuring that our support and resources can make a broader impact. By swiftly extending our outreach efforts, we seek to empower even more individuals and organisations, fostering stronger, more resilient communities across the regions we serve.
